Mommy to Bee Shower Food – Pinwheel Sandwiches

For our Mommy to Bee shower, for my niece, we prepared pinwheel sandwiches. These Pinwheel sandwiches are so easy to do and there are so many different ways to make them. Grab your favorite floured tortillas, sandwich meats, condiments, layer them, roll them up and cut them into pinwheel sandwiches.

My Aunt Jewell used to make the best Pinwheels. She would take flour tortillas, spread a layer of cream cheese, then a layer of sandwich ham, and then roll this up with a dill pickle in the middle. Then cut these into mini pinwheel sandwiches. They were so good.

For our shower, we had large flour tortillas, with lettuce, mayo, turkey, tomatoes and cheese. As with all pinwheels, layer the ingredients? With the flour tortillas on the bottom, roll them up and slice them into sandwiches. Another perfect finger food.
